Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to work with people from all over the world doing the work that I am passionate about. It is my job to protect as many people as I can from occupational health hazards, but it can be very difficult to do given the amount of information that one has to know and comprehend. One day, I walked into my local service station and in conversation with him I found out he had developed bladder cancer from working with solvents for so many years. He said, "I wish I would have known how to protect myself." That hit home to me and after being away for so many years, I knew what I was meant to do. Not every company has the resources to keep themselves safe from occupational health hazards, so that is why I built TERACHAIN™!

Jeffrey B Miller - TERACHAIN™ Founder and CEO

Jeff is an experienced Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and Certified Safety Professional (CSP) with 17 years of industrial hygiene (IH) and safety experience in the construction, nuclear, military, and oil/gas industries. Having grown up on a farm, he was exposed to farm related health hazards. This sparked passion in him as he didn’t want someone to experience the same and was led to the path as CIH with a desire to help those in need.

Jeff obtained his Master of Science in Occupational and Environmental Health with specialization in Industrial Hygiene from the University of Iowa (NIOSH ERC Center). He has worked in the US and Internationally providing support to Bechtel, Alyeska Pipeline Service Company (APSC), British Petroleum Exploration Alaska (BPXA), Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) and ExxonMobil Iraq (EMIL).
